Tell the FA what you think ?

As part of the Football Association's on-going commitment to providing a service to their customers, they would like to give you the opportunity to give feedback on the service they provide to you as a football parent, spectator, league official, player, coach, club volunteer or referee - They want to hear your views and have put together an on-line survey which will take about 5 - 10 minutes to complete. Questions are multiple choice and give you the opportunity to have your say. Everyone that completes the survey will automatically be entered into a competition to win some great prizes, such as tickets to games and signed shirts, etc. The survey is available until 14th February 2010
